About the Role

The Director, Influencers and Brand Partnerships will shape Landing Strategy's strategy for high profile clients expanding their thought leadership profile, including how we utilize influencers, brand partnerships as well as guests and advertisers for our growing podcast business.

With a focus on expanding our reach and growing revenue for our clients, this person must be knowledgeable in all aspects of influencer marketing.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise brands and internal teams on how to optimize and grow influencer campaigns using data insights and industry trends
Development of influencer campaigns for Landing Strategy clients
Be the internal Subject Matter Expert to educate advertisers and publishers on the capability and benefits to partnering with LS with an eye on the competitive landscape to help keep us ahead of the pack from a product and relationship perspective
Elevate our positioning within the space through thought leadership. Use industry events, conferences, podcasts and client events to advocate/educate on our capabilities through speaking engagements or one/one meetings
Identify, escalate, and drive solutions needed to advance the entire capability. Collaborate with our team to bring those solutions to completion whether through partnerships or internal product development
Coordinate with your team on the best approach to educate clients on our tools, and data assets in accordance with general business and best practices to better position clients for success
Lead, manage, train, educate and mentor team on best practices, team goals, and industry trends


QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of digital marketing experience
2-5 years in an influencer marketing related role
3-5 years managing one or more direct reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work across teams by building consensus and delivering upon stated objectives
Intimate knowledge of podcast advertising and guest management is a huge plus
